Tailored Employment Training

Our Tailored Employment Trainings are intricately designed in partnership with each client to create industry and company specific knowledge sharing and transfer opportunities that enhance and up-skill employees' capacity to implement their duties.  

Job assessment

We work with employers to create company and position specific assessment test or evaluations that help employers determine if a candidate is a good fit for a role. Job assessments can help employers make informed hiring decisions, evaluate a candidate's skills, knowledge and personality and improve the quality of their hires:


  • Personality tests:  Assess how well a candidate's personality fits with the company culture and if they are likely to be productive.
  • Cognitive ability tests:   Evaluate a candidate's critical thinking, problem-solving, memory, and reasoning skills.
  • Aptitude tests:  Measure a candidate's ability to learn new information, attention to detail, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. 
  • Situational judgment tests:  Assess a candidate's ability to make decisions and form reasonable judgments in hypothetical workplace scenarios.

INDUSTRY SPECIFIC AND standard operating procedures

We understand that many founders and executives may not have sufficient time to write down exactly how they want work efforts implemented or to share the latest best practices methodologies with their teams because they are busy building and operating the company.  


Our Tailored Employment Training services includes working with company to detail its industry specific and Standard operating procedures (SOPs) and document them in a set of instructions that outline how to complete a task or process.  Specific steps for creating SOPs include:


  1. Define the scope:  Determine what the SOP will cover and what tasks or processes it will apply to 
  2. Gather information:  Interview employees who will use the SOP to ensure it includes all necessary steps
