The Los Angeles Opportunity Center attends industry and community Career Expos to promote opportunities offered by regional employers.  We welcome you to meet with our team at any expos we attend to your your career goals and to obtain support networking with employers.  

Career Expos provide direct access for job seekers to network with employers and recruiters, discover industry specific employment options and to establish new contacts.  Employers can review your resume and schedule interviews right there on the spot. 

Before You Attend

Be sure to research the career expo to determine which employers or recruiters you would like to meet and bring sufficient copies of your resume to distribute.  Look up information on each company you plan to contact to assess their history, core mission and values, products, programs and services, divisions, geographic locations and customer feedback.
